APRIM

Quality in every part

Unmatched Quality and Precision Since 1965

At APRIM, quality is our top priority. We are proud to be IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 certified, ensuring that our clients receive only the best. Our rigorous quality control processes ensure that every part meets the highest industry standards.

Batch Furnaces

APRIM‘s facilities are outfitted with advanced, high-tech furnaces designed to handle a wide range of load characteristics. These furnaces use cutting-edge technology that ensures efficient and precise heat treatment processes.

In addition, APRIM employs sophisticated automated systems that manage and monitor the heat treatment operations. Through the use of detailed process charts, these systems provide real-time data and feedback, allowing for meticulous control over the parameters of each treatment. This precise monitoring ensures that the quality of each batch remains consistent, minimizing the risk of defects or inconsistencies.

The integration of these modern technologies guarantees that the heat treatment processes are both reliable and efficient, meeting the high standards required by various industries. The combination of flexibility in handling different parts and the ability to maintain a high level of precision across all treatments is a key feature of APRIM‘s service.

  • Case Hardening: A thermochemical surface enrichment treatment that increases the carbon concentration on the surface of steel parts, resulting in a hard exterior while maintaining a tough core
  • Nitriding: A gas nitriding process at high pressure that introduces nitrogen into the surface of steel and iron castings, improving surface hardness and wear resistance.
  • Carbonitriding: A treatment that hardens the surface layer of steels by simultaneously absorbing carbon and nitrogen, enhancing surface hardness and fatigue resistance.
  • Quenching and Tempering: A heat treatment that increases the hardness and mechanical strength of steel. It involves heating the steel to a specific temperature and then cooling it rapidly, followed by tempering to achieve the desired properties.

CNC Induction Hardening

At APRIM, we offer advanced induction hardening. This process uses currents to rapidly heat the surface of a part, ensuring precise and controlled hardening.
